Goals

Today marks the first day of the second quarter of 2014. That means: time to set some new goals!

The past few months were all about the Open, but now it’s back to business. Think of a short-term, measurable goal. If you are unsure, talk to one of your trainers. Post it on our goal board and declare it to the gym. And then, work hard. We are here to help you with a plan.
