1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats
Start at 155/105. Move up 10 lbs each set until failure.
Must do a minimum of 6 sets.
3 sets each for time of:
50m Prowler Push 140/100 (In case of rain, 20 cals on Airdyne)
5 Power cleans 185/115
– rest 2 minutes between sets
