If you’ve taken our Sweat class, you know Jill! And if you know Jill, you know how sweet, caring and upbeat she is. When we were looking for a coach for our cardio-based program, her name was top on our list. She’s got decades of experience in exercise and gymnastics coaching and we love being around her during the week. Family: I have two kids and (soon to be) 3 grandkids. My parents live here and I have a brother and 2 sisters that that live in Jupiter, Pittsburg and California. My girlfriend Kelsey and I have 2 dogs, Remmy and Foxy

My go to work out music is EDM and techno

My final meal would be lasagna, garlic bread and a big salad!

Hobbies: going to the movies, gardening, going to the beach and game night with family and friends.

Little known fact: I love peanut butter and marshmallow fluff sandwiches and sour patch watermelon candy
