RX WOD:

5 ROUNDS:
11 Up and Over 24" Box Jumps;
10 Barbell Jerks (155#/105#);
11 Up and Over 24" Box Jumps;
15 Kettlebell Swings (70#/44#);

SCALED WOD:

5 ROUNDS:
11 Up and Over 20" Box Jumps;
10 Barbell Jerks (115#/75#);
11 Up and Over 20" Box Jumps;
15 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#);

    Keep up that mobility work Pauline! Great extension on those hips and full flexion on those shoulders. Stick with CrossFit, it will improve all of your mobility issues.

    …is this why Neil shows up at the same time? Hoping that she’ll wear her pearls?

    Very impressive for a woman of that age. Pretty soon she will have the strength of a Mutant Ninja Turtle.
    This place must be really interesting. A Russian girl on facebook says that she works out there.
    Maybe I should check it out. The gym, not the Russian girl!
