CF Whiteboard

Since we’ve always got some new members, I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of our electronic Whiteboard for logging your workouts (vs. a WOD folder). Click the “Whiteboard” button you see on the top right of each day’s blog post and note your performance for the day. We subscribe to this service for the entire gym, so feel free to use it.

Although many of our workouts may never be repeated, it’s important to track benchmark workouts, lifts and the weights you are using in the WODs. There is even a field for notes (and it’s entertaining to read other’s thoughts on the workout!)
