Tunnel to Towers 

If you’ve registered for Tunnel to Towers and plan on running in a weighted vest, post to comments. We need to gather enough gear for those of you who are running, so please don’t wait until the last minute.

Also…CrossFit Fort Pierce has a team. And we want to win!

    Great guys! We’ve got 5 SWAT vests we can put weight in and a few weighted vests, too. Looks like we are going to need to track down more, so if anyone has anything or can borrow, please let me know. As long as it adds up to 26 pounds, it’s good to go.
