In this day and age of marketing hype and "diet" foods, you can't take a product at face value. You MUST read labels. It's not enough to trust that your coconut water isn't jam-packed with fillers, that your nuts aren't roasted with cheap vegetable oil and that dried fruit isn't loaded with sugar.
Arm yourself with knowledge. If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it. Health doesn't come from a 100-calorie snack pack!
