I am so proud of Addie! She recently completed a 30-Day Paleo Challenge ALL BY HERSELF. While diving into a 30-day Challenge can be difficult, it’s even harder without the support of the group and the pressure of the accountability to posting your food log. So, a big “atta girl” to her for succeeding in losing 10 pounds, changing the way she views food and creating new habits.
