Workout of the Day
7 Minutes to find Max Load of the complex: 1 Clean + 5 Front Squats + 1 Jerk
– warm up to a medium-heavy load before clock starts. Hands must remain on the barbell the entire complex. If you perform a squat clean, that also counts as the first rep of the front squat.

5×1 3-stop snatch (just off floor, below knee, high hang) DEMO VIDEO (your stops will be longer – 2 seconds)
– Five sets of one 3-stop snatch. Stop for a two-second count at each position before performing a full/squat snatch from the high hang.

3 sets, each for time of:
50 m Prowler 160/100 – LOW HANDLES
10 Shoulder-to-overhead 145/100
30 Double-unders
rest/recover between intervals
