Spirit of the Games

Former CrossFit Games winner, Kristen Clever, battled some injuries this year, but gutted it out and finished with a great attitude and smile. She’s a true champ!

Workout of the Day
5 minute AMRAP of –
10 pull-ups
10 power cleans 135/85

– rest 5 minutes

5 minute AMRAP of –
7 burpees over bar
7 shoulder to overhead 135/85

– rest 5 minutes

200 m prowler push for time 110/50 (5 minute time cap)

    2 things! 1- Everyone should attend Joe’s mobility class ( which happens to be tonight ) ! I went a couple weeks ago and found it extremely beneficial! Joe is very talented at what he does and everyone should take advantage of his talents that he is gracefully offering up fo freee!
    2- attend Rana’s yoga class! She also very talented at what she does! I can honestly say I’ve never had a better yoga instructor and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I will definitely be attending as much as possible in the future!

    Yes we should all take advantage of Joe, I mean his free mobility classes, he is awesome at what he does.

    It was as Wendy said, brutal today. Thank god its over and behind me for the day.

    Mobility class tonight! I’m on the injured list right now because I kept lifting with a poorly positioned right shoulder blade and now my right shoulder and neck hurt 24/7. Smart and wise don’t usually go hand in hand. Liz has been working on me and things are starting to feel better. Take care of your issues and never push past the pain. Don’t put it all out there otherwise yyou could end up tearing something.

    That WOD was AWFUL from beginning to end…especially at the end…but now that I can breathe and walk again…it was kind of awesome! 🙂
