CFVB Basic Training

We are starting an 8-week Basic Training class specifically for people who have been hesitant to try CrossFit because they want to get in better shape before joining the classes. Basic Training will tahe place three times per week and will be a smaller group than our regular classes. The class will start in mid-July and end in September.

    I think it’s a close race between todays WOD and the Painstorm. Not sure which one was worse. At least I Rx’ed my first rope climbs!

    Way to go Chris!
    I have got to get those rope climbs! Still a good one even doing the assisted ones but I could only imagine how much more difficult it would be. Add it to my list of stuff to get this summer 🙂

    MAN I wish I could do this one…but theres still more healing to take place…good job Chris! And Kristi, you have enough strength you just have to use your bunyons to grip and shimmy up that rope!

    Today’s WOD was hellish after doing painstorm on Saturday, I think I would have rather done “Sevens” again! 🙂
