If you’ve been to one of our Mobility classes, you’ve heard about fascia. Fascia is tissue that covers the entire body, connecting muscle to bone.  It’s imperative that you take steps to maintain healthy fascia.

The following article gives some great information and tips (HERE). For hands-on instruction, plan on attending Mobility Class with Joe THIS WEDNESDAY at 6:30 PM. This hour can change the way you feel – be there!

4 rounds, each for time at 80% effort each round:
200 m run
10 Handstand push-ups
200 m run
14 box jumps 20″/24″ step down
– rest 2 minutes between rounds

Four rounds, each for time, at 80% effort each round:
200 m run
AMRAP unbroken toes-to-bar
200 m run
10 clean & jerk 155/105 (fast)
– rest 2 minutes between rounds
– record number of toes to bar and time
