Surviving the Holidays

We ALL do it: overindulge during the holidays. It’s fine to loosen up your diet now and then, but don’t make it a regular occurrence. Your plan for the holidays should be a system of checks and balances. For example, if you are going to have some drinks, bypass the dessert. If you know you have a few parties on the weekend, be 100% strict with your diet during the week.
