FAQs – the Holiday Party

We’ve been getting some common questions:

What should I bring?
Bring your favorite side dish, appetizer, snack or dessert. We will have smoked turkeys and pulled pork from Jones Old School BBQ.

It’s also BYOB. We will supply mixers (soda, tonic, etc.), ice and bottled water.

Does it have to be Paleo?
No. We won’t judge.

I forgot to RSVP, can I still come?
Come on in!

Can I bring a guest?
The more, the merrier!

I can’t make it until after 8 PM, will the party still be happening?
Yes. We start at 6 PM and plan on a special presentation in the 7 o’clock hour, so try and be here for that. The party usually goes on to around 10 PM or so.

Workout of the Day

Even – AMRAP in 20 seconds of Ring dips (rest remainder of minute)

Even – 5 Handstand push-ups
