2013 Superlatives

On Saturday night we presented several of our CrossFitters with superlatives, some fun and some a little more serious. We had some technical difficulties and were unable to show the PowerPoint presentation, so I’ve uploaded it so you can view on your own.

Workout of the Day
8 rounds: (rest 5min between round 4 & 5)
30sec AMRAP – DB Thrusters 35/25
30sec Rest
30sec AMRAP – Power Snatch 75/55
30sec Rest
30sec AMRAP – Burpee over the bar
30sec Rest
*Goal is to match #’s each round (hold number of reps for each exercise each round)

Midline: 3 sets of –
10 glute-ham raises
7 strict (no kip) toes-to-bar
