Last Workout of the Year

Come on in for one more workout in 2013 – classes are at 5, 6, 7, 9:30 AM and Noon. No PM classes. We are closed New Year’s Day (Wednesday) and back to normal on Thursday.

“Great job” to those of your who have remained consistent with your diets and workouts over the holiday season. To those of you who haven’t: put the wine glass down, wipe the crumbs off your chin and get focused.

2013 was a great year and 2014 will be even better!
