Paleo Challenge Winner

First, congrats to everyone who made it through the 30-Day Paleo Challenge with no cheats! As with all of our Paleo Challenges/Contests, not everyone who started actually finishes. But, the ones who did saw amazing results – aesthetically, mentally, performance-wise.

I want to give big shout-outs to Keesha, Kim, Suzie, Stella, Jenna, Jeremy, Liz, Lil Rach, Melibe…These people logged in their meals online daily, were consistent in their workouts, displayed amazing attitudes and shared recipes, advice and support. They are ALL winners.

Suzie seemed to be the biggest motivator on the message board. And she is challenging all the others to keep going…one month at a time. Suzie was looking to lean out and she did exactly that. Her before & afters are awesome!

Stella came in with the boot camp mentality of counting calories and had to wrap her head around eating more fat than she was used to. She is a Paleo convert now.

Keesha, Lil Rach, Jeremy and Jenna weren't new to Paleo, but wanted the extra accountability. Liz and Melibe were already active with sports outside of CrossFit, but wanted an edge and jumped into Paleo full-force. Liz had probably the hardest start (low energy, dry mouth, etc.), but she stuck to it and soon saw the benefits.  Liz's mom joined her and lost 15 lbs.!

I am very, very proud of all of you. One person stands out at the winner and will receive a month of unlimited classes for free. This person lost a total of 11 pounds and 6 inches in 30 days. Her before and after photos are AMAZING! I can't wait to see her flourish even more.

    I love how Rob and Wendy have inspire me to work out and give my all I love how they have inspire me to do things that I thought I could never do. I love Crossfit of Vero beach my second home. And I love my Crossfit family. I love how my daughter Tiffany has grown with Crossfit. And I love that she did her first Crossfit competition boy/ girl challenge and how she gave it her all even though she was sick. Goes to show how strong Crossfit makes you 🙂 love love love CFVB 🙂

    I love my Crossfit friends! I love working out with Greg. I love that I don’t have to spend hours on a treadmill and instead I can workout harder than I ever have and feel great about it, I love that everyone really cares and encourages one another. I love our box

    I love how CFVB is its own little family. Everyone’s competitive with each other but at the same time encouraging each other. That’s what helps you get through some of those workouts. And also how you can use someone else’s shoes especially right before a competition. Gotta love those 135 shoes. Ha-ha

    I love how good it feels leaving crossfit after finishing a workout that seemed impossible. I also love having Diane and Rob there every morning to encourage us along.

    I love the feeling of having accomplished a goal after every workout! It used to take weeks and even months of working out in a gym to reach a strength or weight loss goal, but just completing the workouts at CrossFit has me completely thrilled each time I come.

    Just a Few Things I LOVE about Crossfit:
    I LOVE the feeling of accomplishment each and every time I leave the gym
    I LOVE seeing people get a skill for the first time or get a PR
    I LOVE training the newbies and watching them fall in LOVE with Crossfit
    I LOVE how supportive and amazing our CFVB family is
    I LOVE kipping pull ups, handstand walks, handstand pushups, ghd sit ups, and push presses

    I love the people! Rob and I have a whole gym full of friends who have become like family, and most of these people we wouldn’t have known if it weren’t for CrossFit.
    I love everyone’s great attitudes, as evidenced by the fact that we brought such a big group to the competition this weekend and all of the successes of the Paleo challenge.
    I love when people make ugly faces when going for a max lift.

    I love that Mrs. Kanuckles box stays at home.
    I love that Wendy hates when people say “go Wendy, you got this”
    But really, I love CFVB for everything.
