Eat Real Food Challenge

Reminder: You must sign up by end of day today! I will then email out all the information for participants to read before the January 22 Kick-Off Meeting.

The body fat testing has been popular, so I’ve added additional times. Make sure to sign up and make checks for $49 payable to Body Fat Test (envelope under sign up sheet). They will be here on Friday, January 23. You can check out www.bodyfattest.com for more information.
