Friends & Family WOD

Let your friends, co-workers and family know that we will be hosting a free WOD on Saturday, January 24 at 9 AM. It will be a partner WOD (not our normal daily workout), so plan on grabbing someone and showing them what CrossFit Vero Beach is all about.
