 Free WOD – Saturday

We are hosting our FREE WOD this Saturday, July 16 at 9 AM. Bring your friends and family and impress them with your feats of athleticism!

Workout of the Day:


Ten rounds of:
Run 150 meters
7 Chest to bar pull-ups
7 Front squat, 135/95
7 Handstand push-ups

    Any one up for going to Tampa on Dec. 3 for a 10+ mile race that makes the Warrior Dash look like a pre WOD warm up? Looks like a lot of fun.
    Good Job Greg, there are few things like getting your first MU, Congrats. But getting 5 on the same day just makes the rest of us mortals look bad 🙂
