Never thought I would be doing crossfit that’s for sure. Olympic lifting, climbing rope, and trying to learn how to do handstand push ups…never really thought I would be doing any of it.

  2. As of six months ago, strict HSPU seemed soooo far away. After doing volume training 2-3 times per week for a few months, they are not an issue. Finally!!

Still coming to cross-fit for this period of time! Working out 3-5 days a week, I can’t believe it. Being able to workout with such intensity and survive !! Love it.

Congratulations Diane and Bryan! Silly but Box Jumps terrified me! I started with a plank in my garage on the floor and I can finally use the 12 inch box.

Running, for sure, never thought i would be able to run again, much less enjoy running. I am close to being back in the sub 6 min. mile. After torn ACL I thought my running days were over. Being able to do a Muscle Up, HSPU and Rope climb never entered my mind.
Congratulations Diane Bryan and Jarrod, twins are awesome.

Running without walking breaks and ALL the stuff we do at CrossFit, but I LOVE it! Congrats Diane!!! I want to see pics!

A year ago I thought front squats, overhead squats, HSPUs… anything involving flexibility was never gonna happen! But with help from Rob and Joe I can finally do them (with light weights)

Running and almost liking it, push ups, 24″ box jumps, rope climbs, max weight lifts and the list goes on as there is always a new goal to reach with Crossfit! Lil Rach, congrats this morning on your muscle up! Congrats Diane & Bryan, future crossfitters Logan & Evan I hope you will be able to keep up with your grandparents!

Congrats to the new grandparents and the proud parents! Pics please. I can’t believe that I talked my wife into doing CrossFit – in a lot of ways she moves better than I do. I can do most everything without my back hurting. I still hold back on a lot of movements because of some existing injuries. I’m happy with whatever else I can do.
