AMRAP in 20:
2 muscle-ups
4 handstand push-ups
8 KB swings 70/55

*Note: if you are Rxing, go to 10 rounds (unless 20 minutes comes first)

    I am pretty sure he just crapped his pants…again.
    Finally made it in to CF Peachtree here in ATL (thanks Wendy!). Awesome folks! (though no ropes). Here’s a WOD for you guys to try:
    KB swings for 10 min. 30 swings in a min, rest the next min. 75/55 RX. For each round you don’t hit 30 swings, must do 10 burpees after the WOD.
    Not quite as easy as it sounds!
