Finally made it in to CF Peachtree here in ATL (thanks Wendy!). Awesome folks! (though no ropes). Here’s a WOD for you guys to try:
KB swings for 10 min. 30 swings in a min, rest the next min. 75/55 RX. For each round you don’t hit 30 swings, must do 10 burpees after the WOD.
Not quite as easy as it sounds!
