A Note About Saturday’s Clean & Jerk Class¬†

The Saturday Clean & Jerk class at 10 AM is full. If you plan on participating and also want to work out that day, we ask that you attend a session earlier than 9 AM if possible. That way you have some recovery time and an opportunity to eat before lifting. We want you ready to work at 10 AM!
