Fitness Bucket List 

The Livestrong website recently posted their “Fitness Bucket List,” which I’ve included below.

  1. Master the pull-up
  2. Complete a 10K
  3. 3-minute plank hold
  4. 20 perfect push-ups
  5. Master an Olympic lift
  6. Do a long-distance bike tour
  7. Complete a strenuous hike
  8. Balance on one leg with eyes closed for 15 seconds
  9. Master an advanced yoga pose
  10. Do a handstand

Looks like us CrossFitters are all off to a great start and many of you have conquered this list. What would you add?

10 Power Snatch Rx+ 135/95; Rx: 115/75; Masters 95/55
– 12-minute cap

– REST 12 MINUTES

AMRAP in 6 minutes of:
12 box jumps 24″/20″ (step down)
9 toes-to-bar
7 push-ups (chest to floor)

Midline: 2 sets –
Hug a kettlebell to chest and walk 200 m 55/35
– if you need to stop during the walk, place kettle bell down and start again where you left off.
– rest as needed between sets
