Mobility Class

Come one, come all to a mobility class focused on THE SQUAT! It will be held Wednesday, June 24 at 5:30 PM.

This is a repeat of our last session and a must for those of you who have problems getting to depth on the squat because of restrictions like tight hips, limited ankle mobility, etc. This will make a huge difference in your performance!
