    I have attended Joe’s last two mobility classes. He is knowledgeable and will tailor the session to your needs. He keeps things fun and moving rapidly. I have been told by both Greg and Joe that they can see improvement in my range of motion. Thanks Joe I really appreciate your help.

    Great mobility class! Joe gave us all the time we needed! I have been going to these classes for the last year and there is always something new! He keeps up on all the new science and findings, and it also helps to reinforce the previous techniques I learned!
