Paleo Class

Another reminder that I will be leading a free Paleo Class on Tuesday, July 8 at 5:30 PM at the gym. Spots are still available, so please RSVP in the comments section of this blog. I will be sending out some general information to the participants soon. 

Even if you have a grasp of Paleo, feel free to come to the class and ask questions or bring a food log for me to review and give feedback.

Workout of the Day

Trainer-led rope climb instruction (for those of you learning and/or need improvement on technique ) – bring knee socks!

Three rounds for time of:
800 m run
2 rope climbs
10 burpee box jumps 20″/24″

Mobility – 4 sets of:

:20 box shoulder stretch
box stretch

:20 each leg/hip “couch stretch” (use a mat under your knee)
couch stretch
