Another reminder that I will be leading a free Paleo Class on Tuesday, July 8 at 5:30 PM at the gym. Spots are still available, so please RSVP in the comments section of this blog. I will be sending out some general information to the participants soon.
Even if you have a grasp of Paleo, feel free to come to the class and ask questions or bring a food log for me to review and give feedback.
