Mark Your Calendars for Girl’s Night

It’s time for our annual CFVB girl’s bar crawl. This time, we are taking over downtown Vero Beach on Saturday, July 12. I will post more details closer to the event, but I’m thinking we meet up around 6 or 7 PM and pop into a few places throughout the evening (Blue Agave, Kilted Mermaid, The Grove…). I am open to any suggestions/ideas. I look forward to another fun night with all my CrossFit girls!

Midline – 3 sets of
10 strict hanging leg raises from hollow body position
slow, no swinging, break as needed

3 30′ arch to hollow rolls
break when form begins to suffer
