Fresh Meal Plan Event Today
Starting at 6 AM through the PM classes, Chasity from Fresh Meal Plan will be at the gym to sample food, answer questions and sign people up for their service. We’ve had their Paleo food and it’s good! For those of you who struggle with cooking or packing good lunches, this is an ideal service.

– power, above knee, below knee
4×3 Press in Split
– trainer led, emphasis on proper stance, light
4×2 Split jerks
AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
15 hand-release push-ups
