    this made me laugh out loud today…I love Kelly’s belly flop on the floor…and who knew that Danny was so graceful?

    Kelly’s was a lot mroe graceful than mine were I can gaurantee you that. I think they both looked good.
    As for this WOD, doesn’t look so good. Is there a cut off?

  3. The 5:00am girls did five rounds today they did the five modified rope climbs each time. Good job Sandy, Rachelle and Bethany!!!
    Wendy, I told Rob we want to see your food and drink log from the weekend. lol!!! Sandy and I will try to keep one while we are away in Ga. Wish us luck!!!

    WOW! what a WOD! I did assisted rope climbs and almost died. Kudos to those who finished the 15ft. rope climbs! Very impressive!
