Clean Eating Resources

I recently came across a few websites that may make eating real food a little easier, so wanted to pass along the information:

Space Girl Organics
Based in Melbourne, this is a organic fruit and vegetable delivery service, much of which comes from area farms. You can sign up for weekly or bi-monthly deliveries. What I like about this service is that the boxes are delivered direct to your door, you can also add things like grass-fed ground beef, nitrate-free bacon, etc. and you know exactly what will be in the box and can make substitutions if there’s something you don’t like.     With regards to Eating Real Food, I have yet to cheat and have been true blue. Quite frankly, I just haven’t had any cravings. Ice Cream is gone from my life! Yeah!
