Clean Eating Resources
I recently came across a few websites that may make eating real food a little easier, so wanted to pass along the information:
Space Girl Organics
Based in Melbourne, this is a organic fruit and vegetable delivery service, much of which comes from area farms. You can sign up for weekly or bi-monthly deliveries. What I like about this service is that the boxes are delivered direct to your door, you can also add things like grass-fed ground beef, nitrate-free bacon, etc. and you know exactly what will be in the box and can make substitutions if there’s something you don’t like. (They send you a confirmation email a few days before the delivery and you can log in and make changes – it’s great!) Check it out at https://www.spacegirlorganics.com
“If Costco and Whole Foods had a child.” Basically, you pay a membership fee (think Sam’s Club) and you are able to order healthy groceries, beauty, home goods, bath products, etc. at significant savings. Orders over $49 are shipped free. I checked and many of the staples we use are on the site, like coconut oil, spices, vitamins, etc. for significant savings, so I joined. They even have a Paleo section. Use this link and get 15% off: http://thrv.me/ehj
And speaking of healthy eating…how are my “Eat Real Food” Challengers doing now that the Challenge is over? I’ve had the chance to check in with some of you and some are doing great and others have slipped. I am here for all of our members and review food logs on a daily basis for those who need accountability. Don’t hesitate to ask for help!
