Paleo Check-in

It’s been more than three weeks since the conclusion of the 2014 Paleo Challenge. How is everyone doing? I know for a fact that some of you are keeping up the lifestyle and continue to lose weight, reinforce new habits and look/feel great. Some of you…I’m not so sure about. I see way too many people go back to their bad habits…don’t be that person! Remember how hard you worked for 30 days and how great you felt. If you’ve gotten off track, it’s not too late to get back on.

    Feelin great and feelin stronger day by day. SWAT try outs in the Summer got me staying focused. Goals are great to have, helps keep me on track.

    I am also continuing the paleo lifestyle. I like the way it makes me feel and I feel I am in control of my body 24/7! My only concern is with the cheats…I panic with them because I don’t want to lose everything I worked so hard on. Definitely have not brought back grains but I have tried the primal side and it does not seem to affect me. My way of thinking about food is definitely different than before we started this challenge. I love it! I completely agree with Kelsey…staying focused and having goals really help stay on track! 🙂
