It’s been more than three weeks since the conclusion of the 2014 Paleo Challenge. How is everyone doing? I know for a fact that some of you are keeping up the lifestyle and continue to lose weight, reinforce new habits and look/feel great. Some of you…I’m not so sure about. I see way too many people go back to their bad habits…don’t be that person! Remember how hard you worked for 30 days and how great you felt. If you’ve gotten off track, it’s not too late to get back on.
