    Since starting crossfit there are so many things that have improved , pride in my appearance, ability to tackle everyday tasks, attitude toward trying new things, knowing that i can accomplish new goals. Crossfit improved the quality of everyday , i just smile for no reason other than feeling great!

    How hasn’t Crossfit changed my life. I never had any type of a workout routine that I stuck with. I always thought I was eating healthy but it turns out I wasn’t even close. I have more confidence because of the things I am able to achieve. Lastly, and more importantly, I truly believe that without Crossfit I would not be here to raise my beautiful baby boys. I wasn’t really supposed to make it but I think that my body could handle more than most due to what we do at CrossFit.

    I am so happy to be a crossfitter! I have never stuck with any gym membership mainly because I was so bored with the monotomy of the same daily warm ups and work outs. I love the always changing workouts and taking part in the paleo challenge gave me a great boost. Thanks to everyone for your guidance and patience. I look forward to what the next year will bring. I never imagined I was strong enough to even participate!
