Don’t forget: please submit information on your favorite local charity by March 31 so we may review in consideration for our CharityWOD event. Just send an email to with basic information, like the charity’s mission, who they serve, etc.

CharityWOD will be a male-female partner workout on May 2 with Rx, scaled and Master’s standards. $40 per team minimum donation will go to the benefitting charity. So, grab a partner and don’t miss out!
