BARBELL
Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes: 1 Clean deadlift+ 1 Power Clean+ 1 Front squat

STRENGTH WORK
3 sets –
10 Pushups
10 Dumbell Tricep extensions
5 Strict pullups

2 sets –
8 sandbag squats
8 sandbag lunges
