Then trainer led barbell

Clean Progression:
3×3 Clean lift off
3×2 positional clean deadlift
3×3 power position power clean

Accessory work:

10 sandbag squats
10 KB deadlifts

2 sets of –
10 push-ups
10 alternating floor press

Midline:
3 sets of –
10 KB deadbugs
:30 plank
