  1. Don, your awesome, that’s what I want to be doing at 61, staying active and staying fit!! Those young pup’s don’t have anything on you!!! Keep it going!!
I still am under the weather so it looks like I will have to miss another wod. I am so sad!!! Maybe I will see you Friday.

I LOVE the incredible Don Edwards!! He is the epitome of what I want to be at any age, let alone 61!! He kicks butt in the gym and is always so positive and encouraging. Both Don and Sundra amaze me.=)

Inspring for sure. Don is truly shown us all that age is just a number
and you are only as old as you feel. Stay active and feel young and look great. Go Don!

Thanks everyone, crossfit has changed our lives in more ways than i can count, energy, self confidence, all the friends that are there everyday giving their all to stay strong. I am inspired and encouraged by each of you. thanks for being there for me.

You lied to me and said you were 54. Won’t be long and you will be on the government nipple. For all the hell I give Don, I have lots of love as well. Don’s outlook and personality as well as the great family that he and Sundra have raised are for all of us to envy. My best to my drinking buddy. Rob, he makes me drink beer with him, lonely old bastard, with the hope that my workout times will plunge down in the neighborhood of his.

  6. It’s not Don’s birthday. We just wanted to give him some credit for being so great.
Capt Happy – you better be nice to Don. He’s got a pool now and I know you want to be invited over for “beer & speedos” night.

Hope you feel better soon. Our 10K was great! We had a wonderful time in DC and met amazing people. I can’t thank everyone enough for all their support and donations. I hope to be fit enought to run the entire 10K next year. God bless the Marine’s who made this amazing marathon possible. The Marine Corp marathon is the 4th Largest and their was an incrediable amount of planning involved. The weather was perfect 40 degrees at the start in and the 60’s by finish. Great experience. It always makes things that much more special when you have an emotional tie. Proud mom of a Marine Veteran and blessed to have him home safe.

Maybe Don and Sundra can do it with me next year!!!
