I try to do some pull ups every day I am in there. I can do 2, maybe 3 right now. I want to string together enough to get through a work out soon!

Thos ependlay shoes look like terrible nike romaleo knock-offs. $65 isn’t bad, but given the problems I’ve seen other box members have with do-win shoes, I’ll just stick with my reeboks.

  3. Tara – you’ve also been sticking to your goal of consistency in making it in. So, great job.
Dana: The Penday’s do look similar to the Nikes, which I love. What problems have you seen with other members Pendlay shoes? I’m not a fan of the Reeboks.

My Adidas work very well. The heel on it is a tad lower than the Nike Romaleos and can be an issue if a person has ankle mobility issues. Penlay Do-Wins are good shoes. They’re not built as solid than Nike or Adidas but you get what you pay for.
