Reminder to Paleo Contest Participants

This is the last week of the contest. I need your "after" photos by Friday!


Workout of the Day:

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

    I’m a living after photo, it’s a great feeling that more and more people keep telling me that “I have muscles” or “that I look manly” haha and hopefully my results will continue to advance, I’m not going to quit. Hopefully I’ll just be one of the guys one day.
