What Really Causes Heart Disease

I love it when mainstream, respected physicians speak out against our current accepted dietary recommendations. Read THIS ARTICLE, by Dr. Dwight Lundell, where he states that heart disease is caused by chronic inflammation. Here's an excerpt…

What are the biggest culprits of chronic inflammation? Quite simply, they are the overload of simple, highly processed carbohydrates (sugar, flour and all the products made from them) and the excess consumption of omega-6 vegetable oils like soybean, corn and sunflower that are found in many processed foods.

Shout out to Sandy. This is Sandy's sticky note for her squat percentages that she had ready before she came into the gym. We greatly appreciate the people who come in prepared to work. Sandy has been with us since we first opened, she never misses her classes, she arrives on time, she always does the warm-up of the week, and she has the greatest attitude. Moral of the story: be more like Sandy!

    Sandy is awesome!! She is always consistent and shows up with a good attitude. I love when she comes in on Tuesdays or Thursdays, it always throws me off! 🙂
