2011 is eight shorts weeks away. BUT, you can accomplish a lot in eight weeks. So…fill in the blank:

– Stay on track with Paleo
– WOD 4 times per week – no excuses
– Do the Mobility WOD every day (www.mobilitywod.com)
– Stack my weights neatly, put my bands awayand learn not to bathe myself in chalk

Workout of the Day:
30 Squat Clean and Jerk for time 155/105
The barbell goes from ground to overhead, passing through a front squat in which the crease of the hip passes below the height of the kneecap. The finish position is with the arms, hips and knees fully extended, arms overhead, with at least a portion of the ear visible in front of the arm. Dropping the barbell is acceptable.
