Fill in the blank

2011 is eight shorts weeks away. BUT, you can accomplish a lot in eight weeks. So…fill in the blank:

I will                                         by December 31, 2010.

– Get a muscle-up
– Learn to kip
– Stay on track with Paleo
– WOD 4 times per week – no excuses
– Do the Mobility WOD every day (
– Stack my weights neatly, put my bands awayand learn not to bathe myself in chalk

Workout of the Day:

30 Squat Clean and Jerk for time 155/105

The barbell goes from ground to overhead, passing through a front squat in which the crease of the hip passes below the height of the kneecap. The finish position is with the arms, hips and knees fully extended, arms overhead, with at least a portion of the ear visible in front of the arm. Dropping the barbell is acceptable.

    I will stack my weights neatly, put my bands away and learn not to bathe myself in chalk. I think I can do that by Dec. 31.;) No I would like to stay on track with Paleo and WOD four times a week. What would be awesome is if I could kip by then!!

  2. These are great. I’m going to print these out at take you all to task.
    I want to do a freestanding handstand…and with any luck, take a few “steps” in a handstand walk.
    And, of course, improve on my strict HSPU.

    I will make it to VBCF for a sick chipper and kick danny’s azz…I will bathe in chalk while there because I get to go back to WPB and not see Wendainai in the morning…And I will get a damn Red CFVB shirt from Wendy and Rob!!! Love yall!

    I will just take control again and stay organized. I will keep on track with Paleo. I will learn to Kip. And, I will consistantly do 4 WODs per week with daily short 2-3 mile endurance training every morning with straight runs or intermittant sprints/walks. Whew!!! Done!!!
