Workout of the Day:
Five rounds for time of:
3 Muscle-up Handstand push-ups
10 Burpee pull-ups
If you cannot do the muscle-up handstand push-ups, do 7 muscle-ups and 12 handstand push-ups each round.
Other scaling includes band-assisted muscle-ups, ring rows or pull-ups/ring dips.
This is a highly-advanced workout when done as RX, but EVERYONE can perform a version of this WOD.
