The Muscle-Up-Handstand-Pushup movement from yesterday’s WOD was the toughest exercise I can think of to come up in a WOD. Check out the amazing athleticism of some of our members…

Workout of the Day:


Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    Damm is all that needs to be said. I was there when it happened and still love the video. I am just glad I was not shown with the sad scaling that I did on this one. I got a feeling Barbara is going to rip my hands open, again. Got to love it.
