In the mood for a Miami road trip for a WOD-filled day? CrossFit 305 is holding a competition called "Swamp Monster." All we know is one day, 3 WODs. The rest is TBD. We've signed up. Who else is in?

Practice squat clean

then,

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
5 front squat 185/135
10 Chest to bar Pull-ups
20 Double-unders

    There are sooo many things wrong with that video! Not the least of which is why on earth would you want to squat over 1,000 lbs? My thought is that if you have to have that much tape, wraps and other support equipment to do a move you probably shouldn’t be doing it. just sayin’…
    though the puking is EPIC! (as Leo would say)

    aww man…theres a vball tourney in lauderdale that weekend…if the weather looks shitty I may do the swamp monster…we shall see
