    I guess I haven’t fully woken up yet bc when I first read this post this morning I thought to myself, “What, we were missing Rodaina?!” lol I thought that is true I haven’t seen her in awhile. Then I realized you were talking about the lost and found bin. haha I’m not a morning person. Hmm, I’m thinking I might actually run instead of row since we have the option.

    Wow Rodaina! For such a tiny thing you are so strong 🙂
    This is one heck of a bday WOD huh Chris? As much as I dreaded it because it contained 2 things I am not a huge fan of once we started going it was just all about getting done. Thanks Wendy and Rob for giving the “option” to run or row but basically suggesting very nicely that I probably should row. I am glad I did because it is something I need to improve on and while I would have finished sooner if I would have ran, it was good to work on a weakness.

    Are they joking? I saw this last night and a little tear streamed down my face. I am already defeated by this WOD. Yesterday’s WOD was hard enough, but, being the genius that I am, I decided to go back to CrossFit last night and do some rowing. If you ask Rob and Rachel they will tell you what a hard time I had just rowing 500 meters a few times. I’m so dreading this.
    On a happier note, today is Chris’s b-day!!!

    You should add HS for holy sh** to your abbreviations! What a WOD!!!! Glad I rowed instead of running now that I’m done. Thanks Wendy for not giving me the option! 🙂
