CrossFit

Vero Strength + Conditioning is home to CrossFit Vero Beach. CrossFit is a general strength & conditioning program that blends elements of endurance, plyometrics, gymnastics and weightlifting into short and intense daily workouts. CrossFit teaches functional movements – pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.  CrossFit is universally scaleable, making it possible even for those with limitations.

At CrossFit Vero Beach, our main focus is to teach you the correct and safe execution of each exercise, allowing you to push through barriers and to reach your goals.

Sweat

Sweat is our cardio-based class that incorporates resistance, light weights, flexibility and mobility.  Sweat is less technical than our CrossFit program and is void of Olympic lifting, power lifting and gymnastics. It is a fantastic workout where you get your heart rate up and benefit from a greater fitness level!

Structure

Structure is a unique strengthening program that takes your imbalances and limitations into consideration and works to correct them. It is for any individual wanting to improve movement, reduce pain and get stronger without causing wear and tear to their bodies. The movements incorporate sandbags, sleds, yokes, and more. Movements are simple and taught one-on-one by a coach. They are to be performed mindfully, with strict attention to detail in order to form new, correct movement patterns. The weekly workouts are challenging, both physically and mentally.

Barbell

Vero Barbell is our USA Weightlifting Club. Our lifters range from kids to seniors, some enjoying lifting as their sport of choice and others using it to enhance their sport-specific training, from CrossFit to field sports and more.

Personal
Training

Vero Strength + Conditioning provides an individual approach to fitness through personal training sessions. Our clients benefit from a complete program tailored specifically to their current fitness level and goals.

CrossFit Kids & Teens

CrossFit Kids & Teens is a strength and conditioning program for young athletes that allows kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a lifelong love of working out; thus avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity. In a fun group setting, our training emphasizes properly executed functional movements under the guidance of a CrossFit Kids & Teens Certified coach. Regardless of whether kids play sports, healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely.

Nutritional
Coaching

When it comes to nutrition, we understand that what works for one person may not work for the next. Our flexible and individualized nutrition program, led by a Registered Dietitian, is a successful way to achieve long-term results. Whether you are an athlete striving for optimal performance or someone wanting to gain muscle, lose body fat, or just improve overall nutrition, we will find what works for you.
