My early involvement in lacrosse led me to a passion for coaching and strength development. Shortly after high school, I embarked on an education and career in training, from helping individual clients meet their goals to leading group classes and sports teams. After leading the team at CrossFit. Kings Point in Orlando, I am happy to have landed at Vero Strength + Conditioning. I am known as the “enthusiastic” coach with a knack for motivating people to exceed their goals! I believe in leading by example and am excited to inspire others.
