Sportsmanship

Sportmanship is defined as: conduct (as fairness, respect for one's opponent, and graciousness in winning or losing) becoming to one participating in a sport.

Sportsmanship means worrying about YOUR performance/time and not everyone else's. It also means not gloating when you have the best time on the board.

It is your response to winning and losing that makes you a winner or a loser.
