This summer, we are holding a four-week program for student-athletes. The camp will focus on speed, agility, skills, strength, power and endurance. We’ve seen great results training athletes from sports like football and lacrosse and this camp is designed to keep students in peak shape over the summer.
The camp will run from June 10 to July 5 – Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30 am-11:45 am Ages 13-16
