  1. Big day for Kristi today…Rx’ed handstand pushups! She also Rx’ed the 105# squat clean…now on to the muscle-ups. They are getting close.
    John Y. also looked flawless on his squat cleans. Great job!

    Great job Kristi. I knew that you could do it. You sike yourself out of doing things that you are more than capable of doing.
    Chris and I had the alarm set to come in at 6 this AM. We woke up and both looked at each other and said “I can’t do it.” I’ve seriously never seen two people so stiff. Yesterdays was so tough and took it right out of us. My arms, back and shoulder were aching all night long. So much for getting in one last WOD before we head up north. I was ready for the 105 lb. squat cleans.
    We won’t see you guys again until next Monday but are planning on doing body weight WOD’s and lots of hiking while we are gone.
    P.S. My back hurts just watching that video. Those chicks are not human!

  3. Alrighty then, Wendy if you are looking for a team like that good luck, oh, maybe Kristi could do that stuff. In the beginning I couldn’t figure out why you were having us watch those girls sing about potato salad. wow!!!
    Way to go Kristi on those hspu, girl you can do about anything, and I will be watching with Wendy when you get that muscle up real soon.

    Wow is all you can say about that performance. Good job this morning Kristi. That was the frist time I have seen a Kip HSPU. Again all I can say is Wow.

    I missed you this morning Tara. Thought I would see you before you guys left but its all good. Great job doing 95 # thrusters yesterday! Have fun 🙂

    at first glance, the pose of that girl in the video looks like you’re about to watch an erotic video…but then it just turns into the exorcist…weird….but way to go Kristi! woohoo!
